Giving Back to Our Community
International Customer Care Services is dedicated to giving back to the community. Every year we organize fundraising events, including food and toy drives, bake sales and our spectacular annual Holiday Gala. The funds raised supports some of our many deserving local charities. We are proud to be a part of our community and are honoured and humbled to be in the very fortunate position to give back.

The annual Holiday Gala has become ICCS’s signature event. Over the years we have been proud supporters of the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Liver Foundation; Sick Kids Hospital, The Diabetes Association, The United Way, and The Adoption Council of Canada. This event raises money and awareness to worthy causes, with 100% of all funds raised donated to the charity of choice for that year. The Holiday Gala is also a time to recognize our amazing team, partners, and clients. Through our partners and clients ICCS also regularly supports various charities with sponsorships, donations, and prizes. ICCS also supports our team if they have individual charitable causes they support.
